SHIPPING

All Local orders are shipped mainly through (Aramex) or Saudi Post (SPL) or others. All International orders ship through any of the shipping companies known on KSA. We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. Please note with international orders your purchase may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes that you will need to pay upon receiving your order. We are not responsible for any fees concerning customs, duties, or taxes with any purchase. Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of shipping company and all following action will need to be taken with them. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again. Some orders totaling over certain amount might require a signature upon arrival.

RETURNS

All items are FINAL SALE. Every item is rare and thoughtfully selected. Measurements, quality, material, and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure the item is being represented fully. Vintage items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear, please appreciate these items for their character.
